Do I have to cycle my fish tank again?

I had some fish... Than I took them out, turned offf everything (filter and heater) and they were off for 4-5 hours because I changed the tank by putting sand in it, I also got 2 baby african clawed frogs, albino. Anyways im afraid to put them in because I dont know if I have to cycle my tank agin
