Is it the phone or the charger? Help!?

I just recently bought a charger for my phone and i had it a couple days then it just wouldn't charge my phone, so i went out and bough another charger same kind and it still doesnt charge! i tried it with various phones to see if it was just mine and it would charge the other ones either the new charger or old one! Whats wrong?
