If there was some kind of foreign object in the food that u eat in the restaurant isn't the owner responsible?

I was watching Judge Alex today, earlier in the afternoon, n it involved this one individual that had gone to a restaurant n had ordered a BBQ rib pizza only to find a bone in the pizza. So when he bit into it, the bone chipped his tooth, but the Judge said that the restaurant owner wasn't liable since it was a natural situation since the pizza had chicken in it, the bone was part of it!! that didn't make any sense to me, wouldn't the owner b fully responsible on the account of negligence???? jeez!!!!
