Obama has promised not to intoduce the fairness doctrine, but will he sign it if Congress gives it to him?

We all know that the fairness doctrine is about the worst distortion of the idea of being fair since the Boston Tea Party, but here Obama is again apparently moving to the center. He says he will not bring up the fairness doctrine but as Ann Coulter points out, he will not have to, Nancy Pelosi will introduce it and the Democrat dominated new Congress will most likely p it lickity split. So the question is, did he say this just to pacify conservatives and then he will go ahead and sign it or is he truly apposed to this unfair legislation?
