Looking for a movie title! Circa 1967 or so.?

My mother in law was talking about a movie earlier. Something about a boy living in a wall. It was an old black and white picture, maybe right as movies were being filmed in color.. She said she saw it when she was a child around the age of 8, so i would say circa 1967. Thanks for any help. :P
