Why can't i get that loving feeling?

i want a relationship where things go slow, where we enjoy getting to know each other and it's not a race to the finishing line. i started sommat up on the net with a guy who lives 100 miles away and it took only a few weeks before he was tellin me he loved me and trying to get me to agree to live with him. i broke up with him, then i started dating the guy i'm with now. it all moved too fast, him stayin over every night and telling me he loved me within a fortnight. well long story short he's a and i've tried to break up with him 3 times and will eventually try again. but why can't i meet a guy willing to take it slowly? just someone to talk with and share experiences and not tell me he loves me and wants to marry me before he even finds out my middle name
