Help on constructing a good dragon deck.?

when i build decks based on a certain type i always use this out line. 20 monsters, 18 spells, and 7 traps. 15 out of the 20 monsters were based on what my "theme" was for that deck. Then the five monsters that i would use that were out side of that theme would be monsters such as dancing fairy, Marie the fallen one, 2 nimble momonga, and cure mermaid. I would use these monster for when my life points got low. As for spells i would use cards to get my themed monster on the field (i like card destruction/monster reborn combo,set monster reborn use card destruction then use monster reborn to brings a strong monster out), swords of revealing light is good and and also spells for powering up monsters with equip cards like axe of despair and such. Traps, things like torrential tribute, mirror force if you have one, really just cards to protect yourself.
