Colorado traffic fines and possible jail time ..please help :(?

its likely she will get a small fine and do no jail time, the community service is going to have to be approved buy her parrents and she is not going to get any jail time on a traffic ticket, she will probably have to wait for her license like a dork though, but thats life, too bad she was not smart enough to wait until she had a license.
