Should I dump my friend whose taking advantage of me?

Sounds like none of these people are your friends. Stop with all the crazy details and evaluate really how you are being treated. You should leave them all alone. Besides why would you want your cousin to date someone you dont even like? A true friend wont care about your weight and will not treat you like crap or ignore you.
