Tarantula experts, answer please!?

O.K. I have decided upon getting a tarantula. great. but i have absolutely no idea which breed to get. Hopefully you guys can help, but there are some specifications. NO HAIR FLICKING i cannot stand the thought of a spider that will flick its itchy hairs at me. CALM/DOCILE/FRIENDLY i want to be able to handle the spider without it biting me and without trying to run away and without running away even just when my hand enters the cage. NON RECLUSIVE i want to be able to see the thing i pay for rather than having a "pet hole" (its burrow). SOMEWHAT ATTRACTIVE i want a tarantula that looks nice (maybe a little). and finally NOT EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE this is not as important as the other specifications but i do not exactly want to pay an arm and a leg for my little tarantula.
