I didnt do so well freshmen year and I'm terrified for college! Advice needed!?

I'm 14 years old and I just finished my freshmen year at high school. Both semesters I got a 3.4 gpa..I took two honors cles..I'm scared because I really want to go to Urbana Champaign or Northwestern University in Illinois and now that I have done so bad in freshmen year, that i won't get in. I am also in volleyball, dancing, and swimming. I also volunteer at the library and hospital. What should I do? I'm scared. I really want to become a doctor or lawyer but now that my gpa freshmen year was bad, i wont be able to become one. What do you think?
